All goods must advised on day of delivery by email if for any reason you wish to exchange the goods or request a refund, you have 7 days in which to do this. Postage to be paid by sender. If you are returning anything first of all you MUST email and advise us so that the item can be dealt with correctly, failure to do this will result in a delay dealing with the item. Earrings and rings that are sized to special sizes outside our standard sizes are not refundable. We strongly suggest that you use the same method of return as the sending for security and proof of delivery.
